What exactly was the purpose of your post if you’re incapable of articulating a coherent point?
I have no interest in humiliating you, if you feel humiliated, that’s entirely your own cross to bear.
What I’m saying is that this makes no sense as a coordinated maneuver. It does, however, make sense if they simply took too big of a hit and had predefined exit points. But as part of a grand scheme to pump the price and cash in on options? That notion collapses under even the mildest scrutiny.
I understand market mechanics and so Im trying my best to give you benefit of the doubt but no matter what way you cut it there is no benefit for the CR holders to be selling now, especially if you think they wll be pumping to the option price to get their options in the money. So yes will take your post with a grain of salt.
I luckily got a fill at 0.004 today too. At this price ticks matter. The only thing Im concerned about now is the company doing a consolidation, as to raise again at these levels would be brutal for the stock, but also consolidations always lead to lower market caps directly after they are done.
Consolidation doesn’t end well for holders, and the odds are stacked against you. Plain and simple: it leads to a lower market cap with NO upside for shareholders.
Every single time there's a consolidation, you can bet the stock will be cheaper market cap immediately after. Let’s say OSL does a 10-for-1 consolidation. The stock’s trading at 0.005 now, and after the consolidation, iit should be priced around 5 cents to keep the same market cap. But and here’s the kicker—you can absolutely count on the fact that you’ll be able to pick it up under 5 cents post-consolidation.
This happens every single time. Thousands of examples exist consolidations that lead to lower prices straight afterward. In fact, I challenge anyone to show me even one example where a consolidation doesn’t result in a dip. You’ll be hard-pressed to find one, but the market is littered with failures.
Take a look at some recent examples: WSI, ZLD, MOM, MDC, NUH, Ci1, TPD, MGT, THR, Ti1, KDY, MXC, GDA, TOE, RR1, ADX, WNX, FGL, PEN and to keep it in the biotech space IVX, all of them hit new all-time lows post-consolidation. And it’s not just small companies PDN, a multi-billion-dollar uranium player, did it just last year and is still trading lower post-consolidation, even as uranium saw a bullish run.
For me, consolidations are a red flag. Whenever a company announces a consolidation, I get out. I buy back in cheaper after the consolidation. It’s a strategy that’s worked every time I’ve yet to see one where it hasn’t. If OSL pulls out a consolidation, I’ll be out when it's announced, and I’ll buy back in at a discount.
Its probably just a matter of time until a consolidation, just hope we do get the pump before then.
Here was have OSL a company in the best fundamental position its ever been, with approx $9.4 mill in cash, trading at the lowest price and market cap its ever traded, you are now getting prices 60% under the last cap raise just months ago at 1 cent where they raised $8 mill and the one before where they raised $2.7 mill at 0.007. Just need this management to start showing the market they are heading in the right direction, some news would be nice!
