My (totally uneducated) question is: when is the other shoe going to drop? I.e... PCL call a Tading Halt pending announcementS.... first shoe drops as Woodside announce they are not going to take up option. Why didn't PCL make this announcement first? Is it because they have more news to impart and needed to get rid of the Woodside announcement first? Could this be a good thing? Is there another SuperMajor already signed up? Wishful thinking but why did we not hear about Woodside from PCL first?
