The 62% reduction in clinical response likely due to a quick removal of the excess iron, but with time it may have been too much and would probably start to see worsening which was seen in another study. The 50mg was much better with continual improveme t which would prove it effectively removed the excess iron and at a steady level to improve the prs condition.
But than, you also have to consider which pts were which and how much iron and NfL readings each patient had with each dose, which we wont know for afew more weeks.
I would assume this is also why Pivalde may have not provided his thoughts.
