given the low level of acceptance , are folks waiting for a better offer? leaving it to last minute, or ius that second to accept, 75% required for high % swap, what happends if folks do nothing? i haven't seen much on acceptance % other than major share holder creasy and directors accepting, but no mention of what % that is?
foudn the announcment re options and rights a bit miss leading as one part said canceled, which is common in these situations, but hey they aren't missing out...as dilute will occur on the Fenix side when trasnaction complete as those option holders will get them there options etc reinstated on Fenix side, have seen those options etc in TO cnaceled totallyto avoid dilution, ... Fenix are getting this cheap, very cheap.. when they, well us getting a mining what annual revenue against a full price MC agasint TO price. ... and then exposure to Fenix said to be increase production to double or more- hence revenue up with low cost to produce... even though iron ore price may drop, still in good profit, with china and stimulus a positive move for resource stock too.
