Last week we had 100% of Dalgaranga, when this deal is done we will have ~40%. Yes we will have RMS's FCF but they have already said that what they have isn't all that flash. This is a great deal for RMS, not so much for us. And SL? Great for him too - he would have a fair chunk of the 55 million performance rights which vest on a change of control. And they have talking turkey for months! That explains the go slow on exploration drilling results lately. I feel we have been shafted. I'm very disappointed. Over the past 45 years I have been on the receiving end of quite a few takeovers and this one smells worse than any other one. Change of sentiment for me.
