The UK Government's and therefore IXR's problem is that: Saltend is designed to recycle those same wind turbines into separated RE elements, using freely available Green H2, that is being produced right next door to the site. So where will IXR's Belfast site be getting it's Energy from? It does not look like Belfast's climate score card is anywhere near to being on track for Net zero by 2050 !
