No doubt Barrenjoey's having some impact, otherwise yesterday it sold through the recent range and the CR price putting pretty much everyone underwater so it was the point where anyone who was going to sell was already out so today it's buyers realising that there are(maybe) no real sellers left. Has held up very well intraday, if you look at an hourly chart it's a true character change. Still a long way from out of the woods of course, hasn't even got back above the 20d ema yet, the 50d not far above that either(although is a bit in % terms)
