Why does Bouris have to have brokered the deal?
It would be likely that Bouris sparked an interest for Politis in TZL.Agreed.As a respected friend,the fact that Bouris is chairman would have held weight.The fact that TZL looks to have been oversold could have been a factor too.
But I don't see why Bouris has to be the source of this transaction,assuming your assertion about the size and offline nature of it is correct.
Perhaps you could clear this up for me.
