I agree CD, larger smarter investors would have sat on their hands today anticipating a sell off from holders who had issues with the delay in signing the LTA. Originally the agreement was supposed to be signed in the first quarter of 2010 (according to reports)and was pushed back a quarter then another quarter....

So it is my guess that larger investors have no intention of rushing in when they can pick off smaller frustrated holders as they see opportunities. perhaps people were not happy with the spike up but clears the registry of those who thought 0.55 was overvalued with those who thought that 0.55 was a steal.

I think any accumulation here is a bargain considering todays release.
