Agree with both. Short term price movements - up & down.
SP after a merger & with trump uncertainty - yeah some restraint.
SP of a gold producer staying static after having acquired major assets at a good price in a gold bull market, with much larger demand than supply - weird.
Yes, I think it will rise, but wonder if we are under some sort of accumulation effort (with a view to?), and yes market manipulation is a real thing, and our regulators are less effective than they could be - all in my (often faulty) opinion only.
