switzer seem to be 'favouring' property industry bulls...has anyone ever seen anyone on the program that said: housing is crashing (or anything of that effect) ?

i stopped watching half way through in disbelief and nousea !
(when bloke says: 39 year in RE...and it says so as if its a good thing too...virtualy saying...for most of my life i've been ripping people off and my perspective is so skewed towards industry that i have no clue as to what is going on outside RE industry interests...)
just as well it is free ! that's excatly how much it is worth !
