I can concur somewhat with your Math/Statistics. However, budget constraints are just that. WDS has committed $200 Million worldwide for this FY. They are a minnow. COGS are just that, COGS, that’s O&G exploration, hence the term Wildcat.
Again, IMHO, we will have a super take up our lease in due course simply because of the COGS. Yes, the price of oil is dropping, political stability is uncertain, however, we still need the lights on and to be able to drive our cars, we are not ALL GREEN YET!!. And not for sometime in the foreseeable future.
