No, not old at all. Not my writing… obviously…. But as a holder I agree wholeheartedly about it being a dividend trap. If you want capital gain, bring up a (say) 3 year chart and see how you did ! The answer is…not well ! Dividends are no compensation if you are paying them yourself out of your capital. And that is effectively what’s happening !
