    I'd say Twiggy is fighting tooth and nails because once PEP11 is approved, it'sd be like "what he'll do we need an import terminal for?".
    So he'll lose a lot of money but I bet it's heavily subsidised as he's a real PARASITE!!!
    Maybe Liberal will see it as a way to get PEP11 into that gasoline? Bypassing NSW pipeline ban?
