It is still open to Advent to pursue the Morrison Government for damages. It is probable that Advent will be able to pursue the Albanese Government for damages.
SH have been treated with contempt, no question of that. But, the fundamentals are unchanged, 5 times NOPTA has recommended approval, so us SH can rely on that.
