That could well be because Hancock tried to greenmail/lowball STX into giving WE away for peanuts. Exactly what the issue was is pure speculation, that there was an issue is irrefutable.
PS the Macquarie bloke correctly called SE2, correctly called WE FID delay months ago. I am sure he couldn't give a hoot what you think of him but he definitely is laughing the loudest.
