Correction, two top holders have not sold out.. T20 still sits at 56%.. Pevcic still holds 8m. Only the top 2 have more than 5%.. strong capping suggests an accumulator at play. If the buyside was loaded up from 1c and layered, we'd have distribution - we dont have this.
Assays likely next week so expect a ramped up capping action between now and then.
