Agreed, RNU's assets (other than cash) aren't viewed as having much value. RNU did however have $108.2m cash at 31 Dec 2024, so the question is more would/could you do a merger that is primarily a CR of this amount and depending on when it was agreed, isn't at a big discount to EGR's share price.
