What I can say about WDS pulling out of offshore Namibia is that Pancontinental PCL shareholders are livid, there is Fighting between Shareholders on Hot Copper, some comments are brutal.
WDS has a IRR on Crude oil Projects of 15%, so the project may not have this minimum return.?
