I would imagine the shareholders committee is made up by miller, cannington, davis, his wife and a few other members of staff ( present and ex) who had a large amount of shares, along with the VC, otherwise they would not have had the votes to carry this. Any shareholder's that are added to this will be nominee so as not to disclose who is actually behind it, that you can guarantee.
