It is also worth noting to those who asked (or simply assumed as usual), that the no win/no fee scenario with lawyers ONLY applies to US licenses, and not European or elsewhere, which would be baed on the normal pay as you go arrangement. In my experience, the US fee would also most likely be around 30%, and not 50% as previously suggested.
