Steini, that's a pretty negative sentiment, unsurprisingly, for you. It's a bit of a shame but I understand the position you are now coming from.
What Leslie said there was in answer to a question asked about the 2nd indication for Vaxinia, NMIBC, which shows on their current catalysts slide (below) as being 'open' as of H2 of last year. Clearly that is not accurate, and what Leslie described is that they are still to determine which other indication they will take to the FDA in order to pursue a fast-track and/or registrational study as they have now done for Cholangio.
Here is the slide highlighting NMIBC cohort as open. The company previously responded to me to suggest they typically announce on FPI or cohort clearance (dose escalation) when it happens. To date, that hasn't happened for NMIBC but Leslie today confirmed they are exploring which
additional indications to pursue.
In fact, she confirms in the NWR presentation, that for MAST '
looks to be working in several different indications" and then she goes on further to say they are deciding which indications
for both MAST and onCARlytics they will focus on for
registrational studies. I take that to mean they have already have a handle on this - and given what some of the competition is doing, i'm not surprised they are keeping a lid on it.
