Perhaps Tali can become a listed childcare provider. Simari & friends can pump in some cash, consolidate and dilute us, then buy out the Genuis business from the receivers/administrators and let us escape on a short-lived pump before it all turns to custard yet again. Perhaps he should track down and enlist Eddy Groves or his ex-wife Le Neve (ex ABC Learning) to assist.
