News: Westfield Group confirms H2 distribution

Westfield Group Ltd (ASX:WDC) says it will pay an estimated distribution of 31.56 cents per security for six months to December 2010.

The group's total distribution for the 2010 calendar year is 63.56 cents per stapled security.

Westfield has also announced that its spin-off Westfield Retail Trust will pay an estimated distribution of 0.44 cents for the period between December 20 to December 31.

Westfield is due to release its results for the year ended on 31 December 2010 on the 16 February.

In the six months to 30 June 2010, Westfield Group posted a net profit of $965.8 million.
