If BSA still had any debt outstanding it wouldn't be trading IMO.
Only hope is that mngt find someone to buy them out for the remainder of their contracts & slash out all the duplicate admin/mngt roles.
At least then they'd save some of technical / skilled staff's jobs.
Sell & take the tax losses in this years return is the best value for shareholders here IMO.
