Seems too early to cash out for tax purposes. 30th June is Aussie EOFY (3 months away). Bellas acquired 44,464 ordinary shares Jan 16th likely @ .60 March 3rd received 109,749 shares (directors share rights) & instantly sold @ .43 March 17th (announced today) sold 150,000 for $66,195 (approx .44)
Bellas could be freeing up spare change in prep for Axons IPO (AXG). LEL Shareholders voted in Feb to go ahead with the purchase of the rights for Mt Drom. Substantial funds will be released from the sale of their lithium project (Solaraz) later next month enabling the IPO to commence.
Bellas is one of the 2 directors chosen by Novonix. The other was Chris Burns but my guess is that if Burns chose not to be a board member of Novonix (now Strategic Advisor) he’s unlikely to take a position on the BoD of an Australian Graphite co. Nick Liveris is a likely replacement, who as we know just sold 500,000 NVX shares, possibly to also purchase AXG shares.
