Good plausible views from other posters but we will all need to wait for assays. However, there appears to be some good evidence of hydrothermal fluids, alteration and fracturing in these pictures. There is good variability too with little homogeneous rock. Very hard with the light and dry core. Hence the wet racks outside in the sun near the core saw. Are these cadia east style sheeted quartz veins intruding country rock volcanics? This circled section also sparks my interest.
