    Even if PTN don't go for the 19.9% blocking stake, the 49 Million shares purchased is effectively money for jam given the April 2026 to August 2026 guaranteed production royalty payment of $16.5M at current AU spot prices.

    Maybe a 'jamming stake' is better phraseology. smile.png
