Hi Slim,I think what you're saying is totally valid.
However, land access is still an unknown, and that's precisely what I’m hoping will catch a lot of people off guard.
The negativity surrounding it feels a bit overhyped—it's only been 31 days.
Why would management announce anything without a definitive yes or no?
This is a timing game, and I'm hoping that patience pays off and catches all the negative minds and nervous nellies by surprise.
At the end of the day, it's like playing roulette—it could land on red or black, 50/50. ie land access or NOT
