    Yeah, the unknown for me is what happens after the 28-day period. For argument's sake, let's say management sent their 'notice of intent' on 17th of February because they were eager to get on the ground. I don't think the timeline is based on business days; rather, it’s simply 28 days from the date on the letter, including weekends. So, working from 17th of February, that would bring us to the 17th of March as the deadline for her to respond to TMG with her decision. In my opinion, I believe this 28 day period would be very strict, otherwise land owners could just drag out their decision forever.

    What I’m unsure about is this. Suppose she gets back to TMG on the 14th of March, just before the 28-day period expires, and says, "Okay, I will allow you to access my property." Is there a required period in which TMG must compile all the information and submit it to the NSW Resource Regulator (or another authority) for record-keeping and wait for a response, that may take one or two weeks? Or is it simply that once the landowner grants access within the 28-day period, TMG can show up the next day and access the land?

    I'm happy for anyone to explain to me what I'm unsure about above, as it would help clear up any confusion for TMG holders.
