Whatever deal goes through Management needs to ensure a royalty payment payable to LCL for all Oz of gold produced out of LCL tenements are paid...Lets say 1% of Au production. Assuming all 2.6Moz of Au gets mined from the Columbia tenements over 15 years, 1% of this would be 26000oz of Au. At a price of US$3000/oz that is US$78M or $120M additional revenue LCL should be bringing in the door assuming a FX of 1:0.65....This obviously is very simple and a point in time calculation but the notion of a royalty payment not being a part of any deal LCL do is preposterous...
