Pleased to hear your real estate empire is growing these days. People seem to think there are certainties in this life. You like bricks and mortar some like arable land personally I like Gold.

The N Z papers, and Core logic seem to think that house values have fallen 17% recently but I am sure you are on top of all that.

I guess what you do with your money is entirely up to you. Your money is probably as safe in real estate as money in a Swiss bank.

I believe the Zurich Bank is clinging on for the moment his mate next door Credit Suisse not so!!!

As for me I will stick to Gold for now that is of course physical Gold held outside of the regular banking system.

Have you ever thought of taking up another hobby, how about something you might actually be good at for a change.
