In the end, what would you really like to see happen ?
Have Iain Smith removed ? Then see the board spend the next 6 months try to find a replacement ? Does that really make any sense, right now ?
No matter what you think of them, I am sure you will agree we do need them where they are, working hard for us (and for them !). Because the alternative would be disastrous.
This agitation seems a bit futile.
