Luckily for the holders who went early... this is not the case.
If they don't hold 75% by 8 Apr the deal is off and shares go back to original holders.
OR, if a better offer comes along, once again, deal is off and original holders get their shares back.
They are, however, frozen until then so the original holders cant sell their shares on market if the price pumps and they want to exit.
Moral of the story... never go ugly early!
