I could be wrong but I believe that the additional license is either a fee of 150K and a 10% royalty or no fee and a 15% royalty.
In the past Sean has done interviews where he has said a normal license would have an upfront fee in the 7 figure range with a small ongoing royalty. Maybe in the 1 or 2 percent range. I would like to think he is confident that Frontgrade are going to bring a product to market if he is forgoing millions in license fees.
