Property's been my hobby for decades, it's great fun and VERY profitable if you get it right. Everyone needs a place to live.

I don't need a non-yielding piece of metal. Gold has done pretty well recently, if I was sitting on any profits I think I'd be putting them in one of those banks that goldbugs have been telling me are going to collapse for the last 15 years.

Do you know of anyone who got rich 'stackin'? I'll bet you don't.

I mean it must be as boring as hell going to your safe and looking at a gold bar. I get a buzz out of driving past houses and factories I've owned and built.
