Also site selection and any and environmental regulations would also get fast-tracked if we tick the boxes for the NEDC.
Comparing China's ban on various critical metals, to the Presidents recent executive order, is like comparing apples and oranges. One is a global announcement by china the other is publicly announcing governmental support to a select few US businesses above and beyond other competitors in the interest of their country.
