Interesting that Kobold Metals, which is backed by Jeff Bezos and Bill Gates, is on the hunt to acquire critical metals and currently making a play at AVZ Minerals in the Kongo (Lithium). Looks like they are specifically looking for world class resources in Africa.
I wonder, without our ties to Shenghe, if we could have been a target for them? I believe that we would certainly have optionality if the Shenghe deal turned sour all of a sudden...which is unlikely though.
