it’s a substantial deal, it should go to the 30’s on FID, it’s significantly undervalued as is (best deposit on many levels). I believe market has put major discounts on management continually underperforming… it’s a bit of a laugh now really, typical lifestyle company…big boards and management on million dollar packages but market cap only 30 million and declining. Market cap to salaries ratio would be record setting on the asx I recon.
lots of retail investors on this thread have their heads in the sand with this lemon.
anyway the deal is big but it assumes management can get it done - they won’t this side of Christmas
