Can someone who clearly knows the details of what the requirements are for PacCon to complete this phase (and thus not lose the block), lay it out. I saw something a few days ago about some additional seismic. I doubt a well will get drilled before the end of this phase, so I hope there is another option to move to the next phase. If there is a seismic option (and the post I remember thinks it was a pretty small monetary amount), I hope between Sintana and PanCon, they can raise the funds.
