Oh well, might as well break the silence of the last few days with some nondescript babble! The NT government just passed legislation that will cut the red tape and timeframes for permits etc for all types of projects in the NT, I'm sure Tin shed trader will attest to this as I believe he's a Darwin resident also. I also want to mention how the projects close proximity to Alice springs may very well be very beneficial for Litchfield, and I'm not referring to travel / transport etc. Alice is currently in dire straights, an absolute craphole overtaken by crime. People are leaving, businesses closing up, tourism has been greatly affected, the town is dying a painful death under out of control youth crime out of control and drowning in liquor and associated social order issues. The NT government would have to be desperate for a reversal! Now what better way to inject some capital and hope back into a town wrything in agony on the ground than a major mining project, providing jobs, injecting money back into the town and it's businesses! There are many other problems to be resolved in Alice and the new govt are addressing the crime situation but I'm willing to bet the NT government would welcome with open hands and their tongue hanging out a project with development potential so near bye! Just my musings and my pitiful effort to breach the silence here of the past few days. Ps, I have been accumulating a reasonable position here over the past two weeks! Wish I had come across it earlier.

Good post. Drilling slated for end of March/early April, so every chance it begins this week.
