I very much hope that to the extent regional deals are done it's with Otsuka and/or South Korean pharma only and any direct business exposure to Chinese firms now or subsequent is minimised.
It is not exactly a country known for rule of law and good business practices like respecting IP ownership.

My observation may be totally irelevant to company plans but my gut feel is that although it may be a huge market, let our ultimate acquirer be the one to deal directly with that country.
To be clear this is an observation only about the country's system of government and not its people.
