Ecograf is getting funded by KfW and EU Commission. They are not going to kill EGR with some crazy convertibles and huge dilution. KfW was not founded to make money, this is a German State owned bank and its purpose was to rebuild Germany after WWII and now to secure critical minerals and fund projects with a purpose (ESG, renewables, supply chain Security, etc). KfW ipex is their vehicle for international Infrastructure projects and supply chain.
