I think if 2025 contract is signed with same utility as 2026+ contracts, they can step back from executing contractual penalty. We don't know that.
Spot now is very thin by pounds available. So why price is dropping? Because of market shenanigans. I see a technical patterns. URNM went up, now goes back to support. Like clockwork. Why let dumb money to earn money when you can shake the tree, go short and at the bottom, buy back cheaper?
Now stars are lining for uranium to rise again.
I hope PEN's new CEO will go to Trump administration and fill for government loan. It is possible now due to new laws. STRATA is Australian but PEN is USA company, paying taxes and employing ppl in Wyoming.
