    Quest Diagnostics' largest single shareholder, GlaxoSmithKline , has sold its $1.7 billion stake in the company.

    GlaxoSmithKline ( GSK - news - people ) said it sold all $1.7 billion in shares that it held, and expects net proceeds of $1.1 billion on the sale.
