I think for the first time shareholders will actually pay attention at the AGM and vote according to the company and management's performance, rather than rubber stamping approvals for all the performance shares etc. Everything should be indexed to share price from now on.
The amount of money burnt through by management is astounding, why would anyone seriously consider participating in the spp when you can buy on market with a 20-25% discount. At a minimum I'd expect management to take a 50% pay cut for 6 months, as has been done with other small caps, to engage participation.
