Yeah, I do get its low grade, but who else has 7,400,000kg of Dy/Tb if china stops supplying,Makuutu is low grade but if REE prices go above $90USD/kg Makuutu is viable especially if HREE prices go above certain prices China turns off the tap for Tb/Dy prices for these HREE will increase as you can see from the above table things start to change very quickly
