Bunnings already have a locator app to be used in-store to find your purchases. However bolting a digital human on to the app that could also provide upsells and product advisory services to the customer that would transform it to a tool that also does selling and more than pays for itself.
If purchasing a garden pond, advice on pool pumps, correct pump sizing for the pond size, filtration kits, lighting kits, where to buy fish etc. are all things that pond builders need to know.
Home handy men don't need to be expert tradesmen, they just need guidance on the correct products or quantities most times.
Bunnings use case may have been discussed before, but the more I think of it, the more it makes commercial sense. A use case that has product demand, is a value add to an existing application and no one will die if it makes a small error with the advice, sort of fits where the technology is right now.
