I think you forget that WBT would not be currently qualified anywhere were it not for SkyWater 's early adoption

• SkyWater Technology:

  • Weebit Nano's ReRAM IP is fully qualified in SkyWater's 130nm CMOS (S130) process.
  • This qualification includes temperatures up to 125 degrees Celsius, suitable for Grade-1 automotive applications.
  • Weebit Nano has demonstrated the performance of its ReRAM under extended automotive conditions.
• DB HiTek:

  • Weebit Nano is working towards qualification of its ReRAM technology for mass production at DB HiTek.
  • Demo chips are currently being manufactured, and testing and qualification will start once they return from the fab.
  • Qualification is expected to be finalized by mid-2025.
