i dont think it will come to this. PH is no dummy, and will have thought ways to counter even if he has agreed to this clause. There is no way he would relinquish control of his cash cow, and I would actually think it even be a bullish move as he believes that the data we are expecting will move sp up whenever it becomes available while st he know he has to do a st deal with the devil to get to that stage.
